The Digit Campaign Expert you have selected for the project will serve as your primary point of contact (POC) for each of our services. Furthermore, following your expert match, you will meet your dedicated success manager, who will act as your trusted guide and support system during your whole Digit Campaign experience.

Do I need to pay fee an extra fee for Digit Campaign?

Nope! no matter the services you select, all of them provide ongoing, objective monitoring at no additional expense to you.

What does “monitoring” mean?

To help guarantee a high possibility of success, our monitoring system examines more than 180 indicators related to the work of your expert and the key performance indicators (KPIs) of your campaigns.

How many experts can I talk to before deciding?

Before beginning any of our services, you are welcome to consult with an expert and make as many revisions to your strategy as you like. Campaigns won't start until you click the 'Subscribe' button on the Digit Campaign platform and are completely confident.

How do you vet your experts?

Digit Campaign uses data to inform their vetting process. An expert must pass a thorough in-person interview procedure and grant us view-only access to their advertising accounts in order to be approved as a Digit Campaign verified Expert. We look at the strategies they employ, compare their performance to industry standards, and assess their ability to meet predetermined targets. We employ a total of 141 vetting criteria, which an expert must meet in order to be approved.

In case of paid advertising, does the package fee include the media cost?

No, you pay the ad platform (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, Tiktok etc.) directly for the media cost.

Do you have vetted experts that are experienced in my niche?

Indeed! In order to work on your projects and campaigns, Digit Campaign offers a network of more than vetted, high-performing specialists who specialize in a variety of areas, such as paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), web building, and many more.

Are creatives included in the paid media package?

The actual graphics, or creatives, are not included; only the approach and messaging are. The expert can collaborate with your internal designer, or you can schedule an additional package for graphics as needed. Unless you are on the bundle packages.

When will I see positive ROI?

Every business requires some investment upfront to scale. And achieving positive ROI depends on a lot of factors, such as your business model, product, industry, your marketing budget, and more. A detailed roadmap will be presented to you in your marketing plan meeting based on your business and industry, which will show you what you can expect.

For how many hours does this expert work on my campaign and project?

VALUE, PERFORMANCE, and OUTPUT are the metrics we use to measure, not hours worked. As a general rule, we will pair you with the best Expert who can surpass benchmark outcomes for your business.

Is there any minimum time commitment?

Yes - there is a 3-month commitment to all of our recurring plans. We do that because it takes upfront time and resources to see your desired results. You can decide to cancel and stop work after the three months have passed at any time. In order to protect our customers and experts, we do require a 30-day cancellation notice.

How do I cancel my package?

In case you are interested in canceling your packages, please notify your Customer Success Manager. Your Customer Success will make sure to take care of your request. That being said, we highly recommend you dedicate a sufficient amount of budget and time (usually 3 months) to give you efforts the best chance to succeed.

Will I be charged for the setup?

We don't bill clients for the setup separately - this is part of your first month's service. If during the first 30 days there is no live activity (for example - no media cost) you'll only be billed for half the minimum monthly retainer. If there are any delays from your end, please make sure to notify your Customer Success Manager so they can pause your project/s if needed.

Can I pause and resume my services at any time?

For a maximum of 30 days, you have the option to ask to have your project activities paused. Kindly let the Customer Success Manager at Digit Campaign know so they may put a stop to the actual service and the monthly retainer. Activities must be responsibly paused with seven days' notice.

How do I add, stop, or remove marketing services?

How much do I get paid?

All our pricing for our services is listed on this page https://digitcampaign.com/pricing/. When working with Digit Campaign, you’ll be receiving opportunities only for clients that have already paid through Digit Campaign (meaning you won't get unqualified leads - only clients who are serious about starting now).

Do you work agencies or only freelancers?

We work with Freelancers and small marketing agencies (up to 10 employees).

What is minimum experience needed to apply as an Expert of Digit Campaign?

To join Digit Campaign you need at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience and 3 years of relevant experience other fields.

What will I get my first opportunity with Digit Campaign?

According to our stats, newly vetted experts get their first opportunity within a week of being officially vetted and approved.

What’s involved in the vetting process?

A 20-minute registration process and a one- to one-and-a-half-hour in-person (virtual) vetting meeting are both part of the vetting process. In your meeting with our team, we will verify that you possess the necessary experience and knowledge, examine your active marketing accounts, assess your technical marketing abilities, and pose both strategic and tactical queries. The vetting team will notify you with the progress of your vetting after your meeting.
